There will be a shift when customers realize that companies are listening and want to hear what they have to say. As consumers, we all have ideas and suggestions, we are just trained to think that we shouldn't bother sharing them because no one cares. Well lots of people and companies care. Creating that relationships between customer and company becomes a powerful thing that other just can't compete with.

Thank you Stephen,

It is interesting, businesses have been COLLECTING feedback for years with surveys, feedback forms, and wooden suggestion boxes. SuggestionBox.com updates the process, making it interactive, and providing the tools to close the feedback loop and CONNECT with customers.

Adam: you may be right - I guess we'll find out!

Jeff: thanks for your comment. We always emphasise the importance of "closing the loop" by feeding back to customers. Any new ways of doing that can only be a good thing.
